WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Every order is processed with care by the CJP team. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update via email or SMS.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

INDIA SHIPPING

Orders across India are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders generally arrive within 8–15 business days, depending on your country and local customs process.

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, FedEx, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Transport delays

  • Customs clearance delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once the package is handed over to the courier partner.


WILL I GET ORDER TRACKING?

Yes — every order comes with a tracking number.

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your order status in real time.

You can also visit the Track Order section on our website anytime using your Order ID or AWB number.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, simply email us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the order has already been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.


I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS

Mistakes happen. If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order with the corrected address details. Once the package has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.


MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED

We carefully package every item, but rare damages during transit can happen.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or provide support accordingly.
